We ordered a hot tub through Atlanta Spa & Leisure and didn't know what to expect, since we don't live in the Atlanta area and have never purchased one before. Tim and the crew have exceeded every expectation and made the entire process stress-free and simply incredible. From speaking with us at length about our options and guiding us through the electrical and base requirements to easy ordering, professional delivery, quick set-up and ongoing support, we cannot say enough about this operation. I can honestly say that we have been blown away by their exceptional customer service pre and post-delivery, especially given the fact that we were having issues balancing the water (tip: do NOT rely on your local Leslie's Pool store for maintenance tips. They apparently specialize in pools but are dangerously ignorant about spas). Tim has truly been like that friendly, knowledgeable neighbor, enthusiastically and patiently talking us through every step to ensure we were able to balance and enjoy our spa without stress. You cannot go wrong with these folks. Life would be a lot easier if every company we dealt with was as professional, knowledgeable and helpful as Atlanta Spa & Leisure.

Love this new Finleo Hallmark 66C Traditional Sauna, the entire set up with bluetooth wireless, set temps and music on Saunalogic App, currently using 5-6x a week for 20-25 mins at 175 Degrees (from 75 to 175 in 15-17 Minutes) with added humidity/water to rocks to bring it to 195+. Highly recommend Atlanta Spa & Leisure, ask for Brett Hanna!!!

Brett Hanna helped me step by step throughout the entire process of purchasing our first hot tub! He was always available to take my calls and answer any of my questions about every aspect of size, features, what I needed and most importantly what I didn’t. He never tried to up sell me and put what I wanted ahead of add ons and trinkets a lot of other companies tried to push me on. I shopped around to several other companies and Brett was time and time again the best and most personable sales rep I’ve EVER delt with. If you want VIP service Brett is your go to Hot Tub Dude! Don’t waste your time with the false promises of the other companies, Atl Spa and Leisure is top notch!

This is our second hot tub from Atlanta Spa and Lesiure. In both cases they were really great to deal with. Our most recent purchase from the Dawsonville location was exceptional. Casey was really easy to work with and followed through on everything he said he would. Clearly taking care of their customers in a key part of their business model. The delivery team was also great and was very creative in getting the tub on the deck. I highly recommend Atlanta Spa and Leisure for all your hot tub and accessory needs.

We love our hot tub from Atlanta Spa & Leisure! This was the first place we shopped, and Brett was so helpful with information about buying and using a spa. We shopped around town and researched many options, but ended up coming back to Atlanta Spa & Leisure. Their service all the way through delivery and set up is top notch!
